To identify yourself with the body is but an illusion. All that is seen outside is only a reflection and is not the reality. Whatever you see and whomever you come across, consider every form as nothing but the manifestation of Divinity. Do not give scope for differences of ‘I’ and ‘you’. Wherever you see, everything in God’s creation is reaction, reflection and resound. You look into a mirror and say that you are in the mirror. In fact, you are not in the mirror.
